Rates
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – completed a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Track. Must have completed and met all the required hours and supervision by the state of Florida to be licensed. Governing board is the Florida Department of Health, required to complete continuing education classes in order to remain an active therapist.
Individual Therapy- 55 minute session- $135 ($150 6/1/2024)
Couples/Family Counseling - 90 minute session- $210 ($225 6/1/24)
Couples/Family Counseling - 110 minute session- $270 ($300 6/1/24)
Online Counseling - same as above
Insurance
In Network- Aetna, Optum, UMR, United Health Care. At this time, I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Please check eligibility and benefits prior to making an appointment.
Out of Network- Depending on your individual insurance coverage, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement when submitting a statement provided by our counseling center. Please contact your insurance company prior to services to determine if you are required to carry a mental diagnosis on each statement in order to receive reimbursement.
